Who can request bulk enrollments?
Only a few employees who work for the Faculty Teaching Support desks are allowed to request bulk enrollments. We have a short list of names and email-adresses of people who may send the request. This way the central team (which consists of multiple part-timers) knows that the request is correct.
We do not process requests from individual students or instructors.
When requesting bulk enrollment, please always use the format as explained HERE and send it in via the Helpdesk portal. Requests send in before 12:00 h on office days, will processed that same day.
All TOPdesk operators who are a member of the LMS [faculty] operator group are allowed to request bulk enrollments.
All members of the group LMS Mutatieverzoeken, have access to the standard forms in the Helpdesk Portal and can request bulk enrollments.
