Mandate and responsibilities CAB DLO

CAB DLO monitors the composition of the DLO and ensures continuous improvement & alignment with university and faculty strategies.  

Mandate

CAB DLO has decision-making mandate:

  • CAB DLO prioritises (if applicable) the order in which changes are implemented
  • CAB DLO ensures that decisions are always accompanied by impact analyses

If the mandate is insufficientthe ICT governance will be followed (via Quality Assurance/Portfolio Board/OWB)

No mandate over:

The DLO contains, or is linked to, other applications that partly influence its functioning, but for which the CAB DLO has no mandate. This is often due to a different management structure or financing.  

  • ULCN (ASSC)
  • InQdo (SOZ)
  • Applications and procsess within Logistics and Study Progress, e.g. uSis, Studenten Portaal, Prospectus, etc. (SOZ)
  • Microsoft Suite; e.g. Teams, 365 (ISSC)

Responsibilities

CAB DLO monitors the total change management process around the DLO:

  • Including continuous changes from D2L and other applications within DLO
  • Including agreements on communication decisions to relevant stakeholders
