What is a CAB DLO Pilot?

Purpose: To methodically test the assumptions in a business case and/or investigate viable solutions to a problem identified by the DLO.

Duration: 3-12 months. Pilots range in duration according to the complexity of the project. 

Scope: Pilots should involve a small and representative sample of all end users, including teachers and students. 

Governance: Pilot projects are initiated and governed by the CAB DLO.

  1. Real-world experience with multiple tools;
  2. User feedback on tools within day-to-day workflows;
  3. Risk- and implication-assessment of implementing at tool;
